What does "MADE TO ORDER" actually mean?

All items at pandatees are "made to order". This means that your item isn't printed until you place your order successfully. We collaborate with artists who bring our vision to life, then Printful prints and ships the item directly to you.

How do I find the right size?

You can find a size chart in the product description for each shirt and in the about menu.

Where are you located?

In September 2019 we relocated to the UK and made it our home, but the Printful warehouses are located across North America and Latvia in Europe.

How do I care for my new item?

Wash your printed items before the first use as they may have an ink scent from printing.
1. Machine-wash on cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle, with the same colours.
2. Hanging to dry works best, but if you're lazy, tumble-dry on a low heat.
3. Use the iron on the cool setting with the shirt inside-out. Do not iron the print! Or just don't iron at all.

Shipping and returns

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to: the EU (including the UK), most of the commonwealth, USA and Mexico.
Please contact us if we don’t ship to you. We can arrange it.

How much is shipping?

That is a very complex answer, and totally depends on what you want to buy, where you are, the size and weight of the package. For example t-shirts are light and flat. Add a mug which is heavy and bulky, and it will cost a lot more.

When will I receive my order?

Here are the estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 5­ - 8 business days
Canada: 6­ - 12 business days
World: 10­ - 20 business days.
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 - 5 days of ordering.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Do you accept returns?

No. All items are made to order just for you. Make sure you read each listing to ensure the correct size/item is ordered. If Printful makes a mistake, such as the wrong item was sent or there was a manufacturer defect with it, just provide pictures and we’ll be happy to replace it or provide a refund.


What currency do I pay in?

All items are sold in US dollars but you can use the exchange rate feature to know how much it will be in your currency.


Did my order go through?

An order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact us at and we’ll look into it.

If pieces are missing from your order, contact us at as soon as possible and we’ll look into it.
